Q: What are Payment Gateway Charges?

A: When you make payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or other electronic mediums, your Retailer/Seller uses a third-party application to securely verify and authorize your payment. A nominal fee is charged per transaction, which is known as the Payment Gateway Charge.

Q: What is the B2B (Agent) Refund Policy in case of a FAILED BOOKING?

1. Wallet Refund: No Charges

2. Bank Account Refund: No Charges

3. Credit Card Refund: 2% of Total Amount + 18% GST

Q: What are the Charges for Payment Gateway & Refunds?

• Normal Market Fare Bookings: Charges as per Supplier Policy (Airlines/Hotels) + We3Online Company Service Charge.

• Travel Partner Service Charges:

o Domestic Flight Cancellation: ₹100/-

o International Flight Cancellation: ₹200/-

o Hotel Booking Cancellation: ₹500/-

Refunds (after applicable deductions) will be credited to the Agent Wallet for future bookings.

Q: What is the Policy for Company Special/Series/FD Fare/Rate Bookings?

• For bookings under Company Special/Series/FD Fares/Rates, only Aastha Travels’ cancellation policy will apply.

• Airline/Supplier cancellation policies do not apply in such cases.

• Since these are contracted/advance block fares, no claims for fare differences or cancellation differences will be entertained.

Q: What is Convenience Fees?

• When booking is made using our Payment Gateway Partner, an extra Convenience Fee is charged.

• This fee is non-refundable, even in case of booking cancellation.

• The amount will not be refunded back to the Wallet or Bank Account.

Q: What is the Refund Process Time?

• Refund timelines depend on when the refund is received from the Airline/Supplier.

Airline Shutdown/Closure: If an airline ceases operations, refund will only be processed after receiving settlement from the airline.

Q: What are the Service Charges against cancellation of an air ticket?

A: Aastha Travels charges ₹100/- per passenger as service charges for ticket cancellations (in addition to airline charges, if any).

Q: What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?

• If a confirmed ticket is cancelled by the customer, the refund will be processed within 0–7 days.

• If a booking is not confirmed due to valid reasons, the amount will be refunded to the Customer Wallet within 0–48 hours.

Q: How is the Refund Amount Calculated (Wallet Refund)?

Refundable Amount = Ticket Amount – (Cancellation Charges + Discounts)

• Full Refund will be credited to the Customer Wallet.

• Wallet balance can be used for booking:

   o Air Tickets
